Please note that if you order a gluten free product, every effort will be made to ensure that there is no cross contamination. However, our kitchen does handle gluten for many of our products so there is a risk of trace amounts being present.
Yes, we are quite flexible and will do our best to fulfil any changes or requests. We do suggest contacting us directly to explain what is desired and we will be able to advise how we can assist. Alternatively, you can put any changes in the order notes.
We offer a selection of cutlery packs and other often-forgotten items available for purchase should you require. Please be sure to add these to your cart with your purchase or of course you are welcome to supply your own.
We understand that these things are often overlooked despite best intentions so we also allow you to purchase these when you pick up your order by cash or EFTPOS, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery at this time. Pick up location is in Wallacia.

By ordering from A Little Slice of Vegan (ABN 53 233 747 735), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Ordering
You can place an order via our Online Store or by emailing us with your specific requirements. We require at least 72 hours (3 days) notice for regular orders. For any special requirements such as custom cakes, personalised toppers/decorations, weddings etc we generally require at least 2-3 weeks prior notice. (In certain circumstances we may still be able to meet an order within these timeframes, so please contact us anyway and we will advise if it's possible).
Please note that at this stage, we are a one-man-show and as such, we can only take a specific amount of orders. In order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you place your order as early as possible. In the unlikely event that something required for your order is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering.
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
We do not guarantee that our products will appear exactly as they do on the website as colours and decorations may vary.
Payment
Payment is needed to confirm orders. Until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. Payment can be made securely via our online store. We also accept cash and EFTPOS in person. However, we cannot confirm or commence any large (eg catering for 12+ people) or custom orders without payment up front in case of cancellation.
Pick-up
When arranging collection from our kitchen, please ensure that the items are handled with care. Once the cakes, cupcakes, platters etc have left our store, we accept no liability for any damage that occurs in transit. For large and tall cakes, every effort is made to ensure the cakes are as stable as possible (eg higher shortening content in the icing, particularly in warm weather, support dowels, separate cake boards in each tier etc). However, we always highly recommend you bring along a friend to hold the cake steady during transport. In hot weather it is ideal to keep cakes refrigerated until 2-3 hours before serving, and avoid leaving in direct sun, hot cars etc for any length of time.
Refunds and Returns
All our cakes, cupcakes and cookies have been baked to order, and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credits or a replacement order to the same value will only be given if you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your products upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and supply a picture of the damaged goods. A Little Slice of Vegan will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you need to change the date, change details or cancel your order, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders cancelled seven days or more before the pick-up date will receive a full refund on the order total. Those cancelled within 3-6 days of delivery/pick-up date will be entitled to a 50% refund, and those cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery/pick-up date are not entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at our discretion). This is needed to cover costs associated to your order such as purchase of ingredients and any work already done on your order.
Images of your order
We may photograph products from your order and use those images for our website, advertising, Instagram and Facebook pages. You may at the time of ordering request that we do not use pictures of your order, or that we provide you with a picture of your order.
